  • Mhanna Sur Mer

Mhanna sur Mer is one of the most famous addresses in Lebanon. The restaurant has a huge terrace on the bay of Amchit and a chic interior lobby. The restaurant has a wonderful view over the sea especially at sunset. Mhanna sur Mer serves Lebanese mezze, fish and grills. You can choose your fish from a display, it is then weighted and cooked following your preferences. The food is excellent, we were satisfied with everything we ordered there. The meal is followed by a generous variety of fruits offered by the house. Service is a little oppressive, you feel that waiters are making efforts to get a generous tip. Although relatively expensive, Mhanna sur Mer is a must-visit restaurant for Lebanese cuisine lovers.[...]

We are in a new concept in Lebanon, which is a Mediterranean style food, which can vary Italy, passing by Greece , Turkish, and Syria to Lebanon. This concept should have, a very good service, and a good environment to work in, so the customers can enjoy his food with a top-notch service, and a good atmosphere. Our decoration should be very independent and different from our competitors, it should be very humoristic and classy and it should merge the different concept in the restaurant; between a garden holds 500 seats and the outdoor kid’s area. The Banquet encompassing 450 seats overlooking panoramic views. We also have a new level restaurant that holds 180 seats, with a chimney area, bar, a 45sqm as dance floor and possibility of small terrace of 80 seats. Our service should be available all day long, 7 days a week, with good and friendly employees trained artfully to love their work. In this concept we are studying a way to merge between lunch, dinner, and afternoon menu. For the afternoon: we should have our special salads, pizzas, with all their toppings made with our homemade sauce: • Pesto • Tomato fresh • Guacamole • Olive oil parsley… And also different kind of ham: • Ham (pork, cow, turkey…) • Sausages… And our special that cannot be founded elsewhere. SOON For the dinner: we are preparing sets of menus with different prices, because we like to be clear and keep the choices to our customers, with special kinds of our house varieties selections. And to be present in the market all day long and to have a very good turnover, we should not keep our concept in the same identities… Our target should be divided into different parts. - Lunch (SOON) • Family, • Business men • Friendly groups, • Special events. - Afternoon • Family, • Special events - Dinner: • Friendly groups, • Family, • Friends… • Special events (wedding party, Ect...)[...]
